How much should i budget for dinner for 2 at Movida Spanish restaurant in the city?



I am thinking, a couple of tapas plates, maybe a paella to share and a bottle of cheapish red wine.

Usually 25 per person is enough for the bar section

There are quite a lot of graffiti oustide the restaurant or bar
