you can relax with the emoticons radioholic. have you actually heard tony martin at all? i don't know if you remember the uproar when triple m announced that get this was axed. it was one of the most popular and high rating shows and they axed it purely because they wanted to target the morning market instead and bring in people like heliar and warhurst, who are no where near the calibre of martin, kavalee and marsland. people staged demonstrations in melbourne and sydney, it was the only thing that made me want to listen to radio and now i don't even bother. i have similar friends who have boycotted radio for the same reason.

It was indeed a very strange decision to axe "get this". Triple M management wanted to have more music in that timeslot - which is again strange considering "get this" rated much better than the music - before or afterwards. Apparantly, "get this" is available on podcasts?
