So, 3 days in, how's everybody going with theirs'? My plan was to eat healthy, and lose these nasty extra Kgs that have crept up on me.
Besides that, I aim to be organized, and shop smarter.
So far, not doing it...

Aw, is this a boring thread? I've actually enrolled in weight watchers now, as I realized I am just stuffing around and will not achieve my goals that way. I'm excited!
Now for the other stuff...

Glen, OF COURSE you are allowed to change your resolutions!
I too have a bike that should be ridden actually! Weight watchers is going pretty well. I've only bee to one meeting but I'm finding the plan really easy to follow.

I've been there!
Just had a look at my weight watchers points list and a beer is actually only 3 points. Wine is only 2 but wine makes me a bit crazy...
Anyway, I can succumb to your beer teasing and still stay on track!
