Just Bought An Established Home

Hi guys, i dont know if this is the right place to ask this question

But i just bought a house about to move in next week



Are the vendors suppose to STEAM CLEAN the carpet before we move in? Is it compulsory for them to steam clean the carpet? or they dont have to?
