Lost My Birth Certificate And Remember I Was Born In Carlton

Hi everyone, I'm new here! I live abroad and lost my birth certificate. I remember I was born in Carlton, which is a suburb of Melbourne, but I can't remember the hospital name. I left Melbourne when I was 2 years old and I was thinking about renewing my passport and they need my birth certificate.



Do any of you know how many hospitals are in Carlton and their names? I was born in 1960 so maybe my hospital may not even be around anymore as I have never been back yet. If anyone has names of any hospital in Carlton, that would help and I could search the internet for the phone numbers, but when I search the net for hospitals in Carlton, nothing comes up.
