May I be bold and start the photography thread here?


I have a question about capturing videos on a bridge camera.

The two main options I have are:

1. Setting 1920 - 1080 at 30 frames/sec..

2. Setting 1280 - 0720 at 60 frames/sec.

Most of my videos are sport related.

So I think 1280 - 0720 at 60 frames would be better?

File sizes generally not a problem.

What does anyone else think?

I think the faster frame rates are useful if you want to slow the movie down. So you would take 60fps and slow it down to 30fps and then it would be nice slow motion. That would be a nice effect for sports. Though I guess the audio would be no good so you may need a music track to cover this up. Smile

Video, IMO best use a video camera (to avoid jelly like effects).
