I was looking for some lingerie for my girlfriend online, all the sites that I go to are those big companies that are not personable.

Notice this is old but new to the site so thought i might contribute where I can - actually looking for other advice but noticed this thread and thought I would share my experience.

I bought some lingerie for girlfriend from Viceroy at the Well in Camberwell - viceroylingerie.com.au and I did not quite get the purchase right (size), anyway she exchanged it easily and was so happy with the product and owner she has been back since. Not cheap but quality and service commensurate with the price
