I work in the Docklands so I've tried a couple of these places..

-Yum Cha Dragon Chinese BBQ & Restaurant seemed overpriced for standard tasting Chinese food. It was nothing special, although that's coz we ordered a la carte. Supposedly they have a good all you can eat yum cha for lunch and dinner which is pretty good. Also split the bill deal on Tuesdays.

-Watermark is pretty much a bar and has decent pub style food from memory. Only ever had wedges there and a few drinks. Nice place and view though.

-Vic Harbour Kitchen and Bar was nothing special either and felt a bit dark and cold. The view wasn't too great either from inside the restaurant as it's a bit far from the water, but if you dine outside it would be good. The food wasn't anything that stood out, but not too bad.

-Steakhouse is supposedly really great. Haven't been there personally but got awesome reviews from my sister and a few different mates. This would be my best recommendation from the small selection I've tried, although it always depends on what type of food you want to eat.
