Help Choosing A Private School In Melbourne
#1
Having been recently relocated to Melbourne, we had no idea about what school to send our kids to.

WE were referred to an advisory service, who were a fantastic help to us.

I thought it might be of use to others.

They can be found at www.regentconsulting.com.au

I guess it depends upon where you live as to what school that your kids can go to.

I reckon that Balwyn High is a great school.

And it is a public school to boot!

Thanks Pete!

I suppose it depends on your defintion of a "Great" school!

I think a great school is one where your kids don't get picked on or teased or cyber stalked <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Rolleyes' /> ...and if they learn something that would be a nice bonus <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Agreed.

One would hope this doesn't happen too often!

According to my sister, good school cater to the needs of students rather than parents.

Yes, I would agree with that.

hence, why we sought help and why it was so valuable to have someone telling it to us like it is, and what would be best for our children.

We were totally confused and regent consulting managed to unravel it all for us.

After all, the schools are trying to sell you something aren't they?
