Good Suburb For Dutch Intern
#1
Hey!

I'm a 23yr old female Animal Sciences student. I'll be doing my internship at Melbourne University from the end of April until the end of August. I'll need to be at Parkville and in Werribee. I find it hard to find a room since I don't know what the best suburbs are for my situation. I'd like to be close to public transport to be able to travel to Werribee and to go out in the weekends. I like a suburb with an active nightlife cause I like to party/go out and socialize with other people.

Could anyone of you give me some good suggestions?

Regards, Yoni

Why not just contact the university and get them to arrnage acomodation for you? You will probably end up with other students so it should be more fun that way.

Because I can't afford the rent of the rooms that the university is offering. My budget lies around the $400 per month, there are rooms for that price, I'm sure. But not in the most popular areas I'm afraid...

That is a very low budget. I think you might be dreaming!
