What To See In Melbourne For Tourist

Hello, visiting Melbourne last week of May. Would like to know what the weather is like, and what sites the locals recommend seeing. Thanks

it will start getting a bit cooler then. that is late autumn <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Rolleyes' /> but all the main attractios should still be open

well, there's the Eureka Tower/skydeck/edge thing, the old Melbourne Gaol, Crown Casino, Federation Square, Luna Park maybe.. the MCG.. you could take the City Circle Tram which should take you around to the main city sights and attractions

Its probably too late but having travelled the world I think its a beautiful city. Vic market is great and all the big attractions such as zoo, museum are great. You should see Como house!

But above all have spinwheel sandwiches and pot of tea at Hopetoun cafe (our odest) in the arcade. Most of the cbd arcades are a delight, block aracade a must!

Go see The National Opal Collection at 119 Swanston Street Melbourne. Its a free museum of opalised fossils, some of dinosaurs and they have beautiful opals.
