Parkour
#1
Hey all, my name's Smo. I'm an instructor with the Australian Parkour Association. If anyone here is interested in learning Parkour, visit the APA's website at www.parkour.asn.au to find out about class times in the the city and in our North Cobug training facility, called The Trace Facility.

If you're unfamiliar with Parkour, it's a French discipline where the practitioners (known as Traceurs) practice running, jumping and climbing techniques to be able to overcome obstacles in urban and natural enviroments. The idea is that you can use these movements in an emergency where you need to get somewhere fast on foot, or get away from danger.

Myself and some of the other Melbourne instructors recently made a video which has had a hugely positive response from people around the world, so check it out! Hopefully it'll inspire you to come to classes and learn from us <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />
