Available 23rd May 2010!!! You have your own Lounge room, your own Study room, your own Bathroom. Boarder/s wanted to share my Large house, I am female, my house is close to Frankston Monash Uni, Close to Frankston Chisholm Tafe, Close to Public Transport, close to the Beach, close to Frankston Hospital, close to Frankston Train. I have hosted international students before. Close to Frankston McDonalds. Available long term if required, for stability and homely environment.
You have your own:
· Your own Bedroom with lock on bathroom door, includes QS Bed, bedding, Ceiling fan, Chest of Drawers, Built in Double Wardrobe, Lamp, Tv.
· Your own Large Bathroom, with Shower, bath, lock on door.
· Your own Toilet
· Your own Living Area/Lounge Area to enjoy some TV, with a TV, DVD player, Couches, Sliding door that opens up into the back yard to the BBQ area, Wall Unit and Book Shelf, coffee tables, and Exercise bike.
· Your own Study with Desk, with high back leather chair with Computer, ADSL2 or WiHi Fi (50Gig to share with me)
Share Kitchen, comes with your own Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fan, Share Dining Area, Share Laundry areas. Gas Central Heating throughout all of the house. Your own remote access to heating.
Very private and very safe area. I have provided my House for Hosting International Students before, I am a caring Nurse, I have had a recent Police check. Alarm System in house. Sensor lights come on if you come home late. Able to take Student or Boarder to shops as I go every 2nd or 3rd day, if they do not have a car.

Boarder to do their own Laundry, Cooking, and purchasing your own food/groceries and personal items at the Boarders expense, and are responsibly for keeping their areas clean and tidy. Preference is given to someone quiet, clean, and keeps to themselves. Owner will supply comfortable clean furniture and linen. Environmentally Friendly House. This is a non smoking house. No Drugs or heavy drinkers!!!
I will be encouraging independence. 3 Car Carport, but at times I may ask you to park in the Court. This is a very clean house, its very quiet. Great for Studying.
