Any Flown With Airasia?

I noticed that AirAsia is a pretty cheap airline:

Have you ever flown with AirAsia? Are they a good airline? Safe?



Would appreciate hearing what you think about them.



They have lots of cheap flight deals from Melbourne to lots of cities.

AirAsia is a low cost carrier from Malaysia.

It's pretty safe and cheap.

The trade off is no in flight entertainment, no paid for meals and slightly smaller seats.

They do serve meals on air but you have to pay additional for.

AirAsia meal prices are pretty decent. I usually use less than AUS 5 on flight during my 6-7 hour flight to Kuala Lumpur.
