Hi guys, I am interested in compiling a list of negative calorie foods. I mean foods that take energy to eat and thereby allow me to lose weight and become mr skinny!
I hear that celery fits the bill.
Are there any other ones?
Cheers, Glen
while the indigestible carbs will give you 16 kilojoules
Ain't that an oxymoron. I would've thought that something needs to be digested in order to provide energy for the body.
I probably should've quoted where i got my information on celery... might have been ask yahoo or something similarly unreliable and unscientific.

On the subject of Astronauts, i watched a bizarre movie just yesterday... a movie titled "Moon" starring Sam Rockwell. Has anybody had the pleasure/pain?

Yeah I have seen Moon. It was pretty cool movie. I had no idea what to expect. I wonder if I have a clone somewhere? <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
