I've been impressed by the Bing search results. Google results appear to be more consumer oriented rather than geared toward providing actual information on searches. Like a search result on something done with Google will result in pages of pages of where to buy said something (if said something can be bought), on the other hand, Bing's first search result would likely be actual information on the said something, followed by the gratuitous pages of pages on where to buy said something.

Using Bing with Chrome is difficult, glen ....the address bar search is too convenient.

I think so, Peter. I rarely use Bing myself but occasionally, when i'm not happy with Google results, i stray to Bing, and the last couple of defections have been a pleasantly rewarding.
