Great Melbourne Hairdressers For White Blond Hair

I have just relocated to melbourne and have had to leave a great hairdresser. I am looking for a hairdresser who can colour white blond with purple through the front and do a decent cut for medium to long hair. It's a tall ask but please let me know if you can recommend anyone that is located inner Melbourne area.
