Had a laugh when I read this and NO I wasn't high! Â Â Â
Palmerah police officers set the 3.3 ton-pile of marijuana ablaze in the open. As a result local residents âaccidentallyâ got high, with some reporting that they felt dizzy and intoxicated when the smoke filled their streets.
