Unconscious bias is keeping women out of senior roles — can we get around it?
 

 

Oh dear another group playing the poor me. it ain't fair, loser, victim card.

 

I guess it appears to work for other victim groups, why not give it a try?

 

The CEO of theABC is non male - clearly a non-male can secure a senior role, if it's possible for one it's possible for more.

 

If it's possible then nothing is stopping non-males from getting senior roles.

 

The idea that hardheaded business leaders are somehow making decisions  without  any consideration of the bottom line is clearly an invention by a victim mentality.

 

One of the most accomplished CEO 's in recent times ran the Wales - a nonmale.

 

If you want to accelerate your chances of attaining senior status why not try to make the selectors feel guilty for not favouring you.

 

Why not demand quotas, that's a good way to jump the queue at the expense of better credentialled candidates?

 

The idea that the losers and victims are suited to senior roles is laughable.

 

Not all non-males fall into that category I hear you say - well I agree - absolutely - but the fair dinkum future non-male senior managers won't be those that are looking for a free ride.
