• Fairwork staffed by ALP appointees
  
• Request to examine penalty rates made by Bill Shorten
  
• Fairwork is an independent body
  
• Fairwork took years to do it's homework on this issue
  
• Neither Abbott or Turnbull were involved - at all
  
• ALP and Union spokespersons are now blatantly lying about the decision and about the facts above.
  
• These ALP lies are demonstrable .
  
• Name calling is a great indicator of weak arguments and outright wriggling.
