In southern NSW there are good mountains for snow skiing. At last we have had a couple of Olympic champions, in snow boarding and one in aerial skiing.

I did not know much about myalgia, but I just had a quick look in Wiki Leaks!! And it says it can be bad news. Or just muscle over use! I hope so.

Oh our weekend! Heck I don't remember Saturday, but on Sunday was busy!
9.00AM was the start time for our grand daughter football match. Under 12 I think.
She is a new team and the team is new. Follow? It was their first real match and they won 1 - 0.
Really they are a good team with lots of quick players and a strong defense. My g daughter is a midfielder.
Then at 11.00AM her brother's team under 14 I think played. They drew 0 - 0.
They should have won as they had about 15 good shots on goal to the other team had abut 3 shots.
We are proud of this g son because he has worked up to become the captain.
Then in the afternoon at 1.00PM we saw another g son playing Aussie football. Bad luck because they got beaten.
Irene I have seen this about trips in Western Aus. Inland from the coast. Maybe you will like to read about it.
