The Intellectual property license that a purchaser is bound by states that to copy or perform diffusion is not permitted, second hand gifting does not form part of the binding document.
Police would raid pirated literature dens if such places existedâtake the legal rows with Google copying books as an example of prosecuted literature pirating ([url="http://www.informationweek.com/news/showArticle.jhtml?articleID=170101615"]http://www.informationweek.com/news/showAr...cleID=170101615[/url]).
