I love my name, like, really love it, not just accept it. I knew a guy who always hated his name, so years later, when I saw him on the bus, and called out "Brian!", he turned around and said "hi, but I'm not Brian anymore, I'm Jack." He didn't tell his dad for ages because brian was a family name.
