Ive been watching news and reading about the gangs down there as I have a friend who lives down Melbourne way.

 

I can't believe how bad it is and I just can't get over watching one of the mums being interviewed and her excuses for the way her son is behaving. 

Like she doesn't get enough money from centrelink so her son doesn't get any pocket money" 

 

My kids didn't get any pocket money any they didn't steal, bash others.

OK cross out poor and substitute parents who fail to be parents in the example sense.

 

Clearly economic status is irrelevant in that regard.
