The Irresistible Gluten Free Wheat Free* Food Show is an excitng Food Expo featuring the great range of foods and goods available to people interested in gluten free, wheat free diets, general good health, for those with coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and other food intolerances. It is an Expo for the general public, food industry and health professionals, all foodies!
The Irresistible Gluten Free Wheat Free* Food Show will feature over 130 exhibitors including:

* major food manufacturers
* restaurants and cafes
* gluten free shops/outlets
* cookware and bakeware
* gluten free beer products
* gluten free cook books
* gluten free supports â research, dietitians
A cooking stage will feature gluten free cooking demonstrations.
Visitors attending receive a complimentary Show Bag (while stocks last).
To recognise and support the special needs of the patrons attending, only gluten free food permitted at the Show. As these delicious foods are wheat-free, many will also suitable for fructose malabsorption (a type of wheat intolerance) and irritable bowel syndrome.
