I am an American, but I don't like living in America...
I would love to move to Australia and live there, like a permanent resident.
My parent also think so.
I will go to college next year and I would also like to study
in a university there. (instead of here in the u.s.)
So, would it be fairly easy to move there and "start fresh"?
What processes would I have to go through?

Hi suteki, To come over and study it would be fairly easy. However getting permanent residency perhaps is a bit harder.
