We Are Looking For A Rental Property - heleng - 27-04-2010
Hi there,
My husband and I are spending three out of four weekends up at our property in Central Victoria and are now looking to downsize our current rental arrangements ($410 per week)
We have rented in Albert Park for over 12 years and can provide excellent references. We are a professional couple (non-smokers) in our mid 40's and wish to continue renting in the Albert Park, Middle Park, South Melbourne or Port Melbourne area.
We have a dog who sleeps during the day and who is an excellent security deterrent. He's also better behaved than most children we know - and a lot of adults for that matter. However, we've always had an additional dry cleaning clause in the contract.
We are eager to discuss any options you feel would suit, a one bedroom unit/apartment, shared accomodation or garage/loft situation.
