Yeah I can do that. And my services are free! OK run 100 km RIGHT NOW and when you finish that come back and I will give you further instructions OK! hahah
No seriously, I know some personal trainers that I see in my gym but they don't push people hard so no good for you. They just stand around and offer quiet words of encouragement <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':dance:' /> Their clients seem happy enough I guess.

Mate have you tried CROSSFIT gyms? My brother owns one in NZ - and he is Hard Core to the max! He trained over here at Crossfit Fitzroy and Cross Fit St Kilda.
If you ever watched the Aussie Biggest Loser shows, that dude Commando Steve owns a Cross Fit gym in Sydney, and the stuff he made his fatties do was pure crossfit.
