Good gracious me MY !!

Are you OK?

A letter I cannot argue with!!!!

Faints :notworthy:

The point you make is so important - it's not the point of view you hold it's what you do and it's the right of an employee to have a point of view that may not coincide with the view of his employer and his employers backers.

Folau appearing in the past on a gay publication front page supporting a gay colleague puts lie to homophobia and "hate speech" accusations.

Personally I don't agree with his position, and for a religious reason   - all have sinned - including Folau

its a very important issue ... at what stage (if any) does an employer have a right to solicit support from an employee  ... we are hired to do a job or perform a task, we are not owned

just as important as the fact that if one supports same sex marriage or gay rights in general, it does not make them a homosexual, nor if they dont support same sex marriage does it make them a homophobe ... people have gone really stupid over this and just want to chuck labels around so gleefully that it males one wonder where the hypocrisy really lies ... hint: it aint with the church

yeah, im ok, mate LOL

its official and ruled out by a Supreme Court

there is no such thing as free speech in Australia, your rights can be overruled by a clown in red shoes as long as he is an employer and knows how to draw up a "code of conduct" on a blackboard in a tea room

i dont know what you would call this country now, democracy is not one of the names

I wonder if that sets a precedent?

A lot of public servants criticise government policies - including members of the government itself.

It's now indiscriminately a sackable offense right? Why sack Michaela Banerji but not Barnaby Joyce?

I can't see how that stood up in court.

Commuters warned not to drive as snow and 90km winds continue lash south east Australia

"It’s snowing in Queensland as the dangerous polar low that swept through Victoria and NSW travels further north. This picture says it all."
