I lived in perth for 6 months and melbourne for 6 months and I found it a lot easier to find a job in melbourne (and a lot better paid) than I did in Perth, also the city is so much better, public transport is better in melbourne and the culture is more attractive.
To sum it up, I'd say melbourne is 10 years ahead of Perth at the moment.
Well it depends on the kind of work you are looking for. I have seen a lot of people in my industry, moving from cities like Melbourne and Sydney to places like Perth and Adelaide, because of new positions opening there.
Hi Russlana how are you ? I think you took a wise decision to move in Melbourne . I was living here for last two years but I love this place. People are very friendly and one more thing this city is alive itself. Now a days finding a job is bit hard but not that much, you could try here and I am sure you will get a better job . Cheers
