hi guys,



Does anyone know how long a 457 visa application can take from the time an application is submitted to the time it is awarded. I have checked the immigration website and cannot find an answer for this.I officially got my application in on 20th january 2011 and am still awaiting response.

Hi Kieran

457 visa application usually takes 1-3 months to proceed as far as I know.

See if you get no information by the end of this month, probably you could call DIAC to check the status.

It takes 1-3 months usually. I submitted on 13th sep 2011 and got the visa on 25th November.
