OK an odd topic but has anyone noticed the water content of beef and lamb. I am convinced they pump water into it.
On a similar topic I notice the other day how little ham there is in virginian ham! It was less than 50% i think. Off the bone ham has heaps more.. It was around 95%.
Years ago you found things like lamb shanks and ham hocks very cheap ..they have been going up so much!!!
