On a similar topic I notice the other day how little ham there is in virginian ham! It was less than 50% i think. Off the bone ham has heaps more.. It was around 95%.

Years ago you found things like lamb shanks and ham hocks very cheap ..they have been going up so much!!!

Hi green guy! I don't cook much but seem to eat quite a bit! hahaha.
