Hello everyone,
I am a doctor working in this field and want your views to be heard and inform change for the future.
I'm wondering if anyone would be prepared to anonymously comment on end of life care experiences?
You may have been the main carer, family member or a friend to the person, but your views are important.
Please do not reply with your stories on here.
I will see if I can set a poll up and if people are willing to participate I can provide a link to a survey.
