Hey everyone, I'm moving to Melbourne on 15 Feb '12 to further my studies (for at least 3 years) and would love to meet people when I get there.
My name is Benn (spelt with 2 'N's, I know right) and I'm from Singapore.
I was born there, but spent the early part of my life in the States (so I'm fluent in English but poor in Mandarin).
I will be studying in Deakin University but have no friends in Melbourne/Deakin Uni at the moment.
Would like to take this opportunity to meet different people from around the world, not just the Australians and Chinese.
I enjoy sports (soccer, rugby, windsurfing, etc.) and love the outdoors. I like to travel/backpack and learn about different cultures.
I'd like to think of myself as easy-going, fun and really sociable.
