That is simply amazing that there are so many songs about Melbourne.

glen, have you actually listened to all of these songs, or just heard about them?

MisMixte
hi mismixte, i have only heard a few of them. i found that list on the web and thought i would share it. i wonder if there are as many songs about sydney! i doubt it! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Tongue' />
Well, I can tell you that there are not nearly as many songs about Seattle (the part of the world where I live). At least, I don't think so!

MisMixte
Have you heard of the Scared Weird Little Guys? They have a song about Melbourne <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' /> (also a slew of brilliant comedy songs!)
yep they are aussie comedians. i am surprised they are known in the UK! wow. they really get around! <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
