I've got a really runny nose (to many vodka tonics during the week, supposed to be more tomorrow night) and spending a great portion of today in bed... no take away food for the lonely (well, pizza delivery is an option if i were that way inclined) had seasoned peas and Basmati rice drizzled in avocado oil instead. Hope i'm well by tomorrowâ¼

Seasoned as in sea salt and white pepper sprinkled over green peas (a vegetable) and Basmati rice with avocado oil (another vegetable, so two out of three ain't bad).
The oil of avocados... just like olive oil is the oil of olives used to dress salads and the like.

I never heard of avocado oil before!
