i had a cheeseburger today <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
woo hoo!!!! i love cheeseburgers.
I've got a really runny nose (to many vodka tonics during the week, supposed to be more tomorrow night) and spending a great portion of today in bed... no take away food for the lonely (well, pizza delivery is an option if i were that way inclined) had seasoned peas and Basmati rice drizzled in avocado oil instead. Hope i'm well by tomorrow‼
What a bad show. I hope tomorrow you can get to do more shoulder work.
Resistance training was on for today (this morning with plenty of shoulder exercises), Peter... running tomorrow (if i can manage to recover or pop a couple of pills and run anyway).
I definitely go for your cheeseburger before Iblis' season peas and basmati rice! Yikes man what is that?

It is not one of the recommended three veggies a day!
Seasoned as in sea salt and white pepper sprinkled over green peas (a vegetable) and Basmati rice with avocado oil (another vegetable, so two out of three ain't bad).
The oil of avocados... just like olive oil is the oil of olives used to dress salads and the like.

Taken from Wiki: Avocado oil is an edible oil pressed from the fruit of the Persea americana (avocado).
I never heard of avocado oil before!
Preparing a great majority of ones meals exposes one to the nuances of culinary epithets.
i hate cooking <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />
i hope to like cooking one day.
Well Duckie!

Cooking is a noble profession surely it pre-dates that other well known "worlds oldest profession"?

What does Wiki say?

Or U Tube for that matter?
Are you talking about the "Roxanne... you don't have to put on the red light" type profession, Peter?
