Supanova Melbourne 2008
Supanova 2008 blasts into Melbourne and Brisbane with a fantastic line-up of stars to help celebrate the worlds of films, TV shows, gaming, animation, comic-books, sci-fi, fantasy and more!
Confirmed Supa-Stars include James Kyson Lee (Heroes), Jewel Staite (Serenity & Stargate: Atlantis), Lou Ferrigno (1970's Incredible Hulk), Michael Winslow (Police Academy), David Harris (The Warriors) and, for Melbourne only, John Rhys-Davies (Lord of the Rings and Raiders of the Lost Ark). Then there're heaps of anime voice-actors, comic-book creators, authors and more!
Its not just about the guests though. Cosplay (fancy dress) rules at Supanova as fans celebrate their love of anime, gaming, comics, sci-fi and fantasy. There are interactive competitions, CCG (collectable card game) tournaments, wrestling, exclusive film and anime screenings and trailers, launches and heaps and heaps of cool stuff to buy from a wonderful array of exhibitors.
With one child twelve and under admitted FREE with any paying adult it's also a great family day out with a little something for everyone to enjoy.
