Hi Guys



I am from Sydney and Temporarily moving to Melbourne, just wanted to know is melbourne still growing, I heard it may pass sydney in terms of population by 2020. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? the reason why I left Sydney is that there is so much more people there and I dont ever want Melb to become like sydney

yes it is still growing! and traffic is getting worse and property prices have gone through the roof as there is now a housing shortage! hopefully they government will start a new "stay away from Melbourne" campaign to allow the infrastructure to catch up with the population growth <img src='http://www.melbournechat.org/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
