In 2004 I entred the Family Court here in London, and was horrified by what I found so sought guidence from the web as to where it is done better. In the US things seem to be about the same as the UK in Canada it is considerably worse, but from what I can tell in Oz it seems the courts are somewhat more open but far from ideal.
I would therefore invite you to contribute your views and experiences of this and ask is it something that Prime Minister |Rudd should have higher on the agenda?
