A friend of mine visited LA, and they had a bunch of cinemas showing older/classic movies. Is there anything like that in or around Melbourne, or even Victoria? I'm a movie nerd and it'd be great to be able to see Psycho, Ferris Bueller, Third Man etc in theatres.
The Blues Brothers playing at The Astor Theatre this Friday should be a romp.

I believe from time to time [url="http://www.acmi.net.au"]ACMI[/url] have old flicks on. You generally just have to keep an eye out.
