Hi Guys,
I just came across a free mapping tool for victorian data. It is called Visual Place.

The purpose of VisualPlace is to show the value of an interactive GIS-enabled service for the visualisation of location based government information. The Proof of Concept will run for a period of 6 months from December 2009.
The output looks like this:

Seem to work best with Internet Explorer. You need to install the Silverlight plugin from Microsoft first.
